SLUMBER HAPPY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: November 2023
By booking with Slumber Happy, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your event date
Dates are not held without a retainer
Remaining balance is due [7–14 days] before event date
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable
Rescheduling may be allowed with at least [7 days] notice, based on availability
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments
3. Setup & Pickup
We provide delivery, setup, and next-day pickup (unless otherwise agreed)
Clients must ensure:
Adequate space
Clean, safe setup area
Late pickups or access issues may result in additional fees
4. Care of Equipment
Clients are responsible for all rented items during the rental period.
Do not:
Jump on beds/teepees
Eat/drink on setups (unless approved)
Use sharp objects near items
Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost
5. Safety & Supervision
Adult supervision is required at all times
Slumber Happy is not responsible for injuries during the event
6. Weather Policy (Outdoor Setups)
Outdoor setups are weather-dependent
In case of unsafe weather, we may:
Reschedule
Move indoors (if possible)
7. Liability
Slumber Happy is not liable for:
Injuries during use of equipment
Allergic reactions (clients must disclose sensitivities)
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
8. Cleanliness & Sanitation
We take pride in:
Sanitized, hypoallergenic materials
Clean, high-quality setups
Clients must return items in reasonable condition.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services due to:
Unsafe environments
Disrespectful behavior
Violation of terms
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, setups, branding, and content belong to Slumber Happy and may not be copied or reproduced.
11. Agreement
By booking with Slumber Happy, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
